All data received via this website and retained is kept on an off-site high security web server, using 128 bit encryption protocols and firewalls. Mount Mary has taken every step possible to ensure that your details are retained within the most secure facilities both practically and reasonably.

This website uses the Woocommerce extension ‘ANZ eGate’ as the payment gateway. A RapidSSL (GeoTrust) secure page is used to enter credit card and order details. One encrypted message is then sent to ANZ eGate, which processes the transaction and provides an approved/declined response.

Registration

Once eligible to join the Members’ Table, you will be provided with a user account (including unique username and password) and given the opportunity to access the secure area of the Website as a Registered Guest. Eligibility is based on the purchase of either:

  • 6 x 750ml bottles
  • 12 x 375ml bottles OR
  • 3 x 1500ml bottles

Upon initial login, Registered Guests agree to: provide certain current, complete and accurate personal information; maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. If you do not wish to join the Members’ Table after an eligible purchase, please notify Mount Mary via email: admin@mountmary.com.au.
Mount Mary may refuse to provide or to continue to provide access to the Website at its sole discretion until you are accepted as a Registered Guest. Mount Mary reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website if any information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate.
Your Registered Guest account is not transferable.
It is important that you:

  • keep your access codes secure and protected;
  • keep only one record of your access codes;
  • keep your record of your password, or client number or confidential identification details you have provided separate and apart from each other;
  • do not tell any unauthorised person your access codes;
  • do not allow any unauthorised person to read, watch you enter, or view your access codes.

Mount Mary may cancel the use of the secure area of the Website at any time without notice if we believe the access codes have been used, or will be used in a way that will cause confidential information to be released.

The eligibility purchase detailed above entitles the user to exclusive Members’ Table features for a period of 12 months. These features are at the sole discretion of Mount Mary and may change at any time. If a membership expires, the user will remain a Registered Guest of the Website with a limited feature set, also at the sole discretion of Mount Mary.
