Some of those who choose the self flagellation of composing Newsletters for their customers scan the significant issues of the past year for inspiration. When the time comes to write the following year’s epistle, one may blush or feel smug at one’s efforts at crystal ball gazing, depending on whether last year’s conclusions were way off the mark or on target.
It seems that in this past year the issues have largely remained the same. Are we in low low range and bottom gear in this country? I fear so. The major issues haven’t moved away a bit, they even seem a bit closer. Like Taxes and the Poor, the Depression and the Wowsers may be always with us. We may need some perseverance and a little bit of luck too.
