We are releasing four wines from our cellars. They all show regional refinement and flavour. Their varietal characteristics are clearly defined by virtue of more mature vines and winemaking skills. By Christmas time they will have had nine months cellar time in bottle and ideally there should be no hurry to drink them for several years yet.
